SURCHARGES: Some of our gift items require a shipping surcharge because of their size or weight. The surcharges are listed on the order forms for those items. Surcharges may also apply to orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska and are based on the actual amount charged by UPS for delivery to these locations. We usually ship the day we receive your order if we receive it before noon Eastern Time Monday-Friday (other than a holiday) and if your order is complete. We guarantee that items in stock are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of your order, or shipping is free. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will let you know when we expect delivery of additional stock. If you order an item to be engraved, this adds to the shipping time, as described below. UPS Ground - Delivery in 2-8 business days, depending on the distance of the delivery destination from our offices in northern Virginia. UPS 2nd Day Air - Delivery within 2 BUSINESS days following the shipping date (not including holidays or weekends). Overnight Delivery - If requested prior to 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the day an order is to be shipped, we can ship by overnight delivery. You may request overnight delivery by calling our toll-free number (1-888-WEB-GIFT). The fee charged for overnight delivery is the greater of $10.00 ($20.00 for Saturday delivery) over the 2nd day delivery charge or the amount actually charged by the shipper. Same Day Delivery - Available Monday-Friday (other than holidays) for gifts being sent to locations in Washington, D.C. and certain of its Virginia suburbs, provided the order is placed prior to 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time and the item ordered is in stock. Our same day delivery policies and charges are described below. Engraving Time and Cost: We arrange engraving for many of our products through one of our local commercial engravers or through the product manufacturer. Engraving takes approximately 1-2 weeks depending upon the quantity, the item, and whether or not your order is placed during a busy season, such as Christmas or Mother's Day. Engraving of large quantities may take longer. The cost will vary depending upon what you want to have engraved and the number of items to be engraved. You may call our toll-free number (1-888-932-4438) for a quote regarding the cost of the engraving and an estimate of the engraving time. Our principal shipper is UPS, which delivers only to street addresses (in other words, no deliveries to post office boxes). We currently ship only to destinations in the United States. A surcharge is added for items shipped 2nd day air to Hawaii and Alaska (which may only be shipped air). The fee charged is the greater of $20.00 over the 2nd day delivery charge or the amount actually charged by the shipper. Shipping costs to these destinations sometimes may be as much or more than the cost of the product. Satisfaction Guarantee Customer satisfaction is our highet priority. If a gift is damaged when received or does not meet your expectations, please return it to us within 30 days after it is delivered, and we will replace the gift at no charge or credit your account for the cost of the gift, whichever you prefer.  We offer same day delivery Monday-Friday (other than holidays) for gifts being sent to locations in Washington, D.C. and certain of its Virginia suburbs, provided the order is placed prior to 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time and the item ordered is in stock. If you select "Same Day Delivery" on your order form and you place your order by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, we will deliver your gift by courier the same day. If your order is received after 2:00 p.m., we will deliver no later than the next weekday.
